WHO IS A VOLUNTEER?
A VOLUNTEER is a person that actively takes on a task, responsibility, or project on his or her own accord. Usually in order to further a cause in which, one is passionate about. Often a volunteer is not paid for the work that they provide. For example, a volunteer may desire to work on a SEVICS project with or without pay and may even request to do so without being asked or told to. Learn about volunteerism and it’s important.
WHAT IS THE CHANGE MOVEMENT?
The change movement is the whole intervention package of SEVICS that dares to approach youth issues differently from conventional procedures. We envision a youth-led movement which seeks answers to problems of the youth while targeting a sustainable future for all.
Volunteers perform roles such as writing, reviewing organizational contents or just participate in any SEVICS event. We are motivated by the belief that all our lofty goals and dreams can be achieved if we synergised every little effort efficiently.
Please join us today and help us make the world a better place for the youth.
